Kenneth Jones, professor at SJGC and director of JSchool Journals, has been over the program for about 10 years and utilizes his position and resources to give his students the experience of producing professionally.
“The students have a chance through a Specialized Reporting Course to research, write, interview and shoot documentaries,” said Jones.
This semester, JSchool Journals will include two documentaries that analyze two very different topics. The projects provide the audience with a mixture of stories that are casual, serious and informative.
