Overseeing his final annual convention will be outgoing NAA President Col. Gregory Clark, whose term ends on July 1.

Clark said the first ever FAMU NAA annual convention in Tallahassee will allow many alumni to attend the June 2 Board of Trustees meeting in person and re-connect with their alma mater.

“It gives our membership a chance opportunity to see how the governance of the University works. Most of them have never sat at a Board of Trustees meeting,” Clark said. “We’re looking to bring everybody in to re-engage and re-energize with Mother FAMU.”
