The Florida A&M University Office of Communications launched The Daily Venom newsletter, a compilation of flyers, announcements, and news to keep the campus informed about university-related events, upcoming academic deadlines, and other pertinent information. The Daily Venom is reserved for events hosted, sponsored, or in collaboration with FAMU.
The Daily Venom, which is distributed Monday through Friday around 10 a.m. each daily, is linked to Constant Contact and is emailed to faculty, students, staff, and administrators. It is also designed to reduce email clutter, when information about each event or announcement was sent via the FAMUinfo distribution system. Those who don’t have a university email address can also subscribe to receive The Daily Venom.
For timely distribution, the Office of Communication request submissions be made at least several days ahead of the event.
