Students in the CST LLC have access to personal, professional and academic enrichment opportunities, including the following:
Developing connections with STEM students and faculty
Attending various workshops and seminars
Attending group and peer-led study sessions
Participating in team building, community service and social activities
The CST LLC seeks to:
Foster and enhance learning though participation in group activities
Cultivate an integrated first-year experience for STEM majors that prepares them for the rigors of upper division study
Increase first-year retention rates of STEM majors
Increase four-year graduation rates of STEM majors
Produce STEM graduates who are excellent critical thinkers, problem solvers, and communicators

Freshmen CST students with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and 27 on the Redesigned SAT Math or 23 on the ACT Math are encouraged to apply.
Interested students must also submit a one-page essay that adequately addresses each of the following questions:
