2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR RETURNERS & SUMMER APPLICATION! We are excited to announce that the housing application for the 2025–2026 academic year will open for summer and returning students on March 3 at 9:00 A.M. and will close on May 5 at noon. Click here to access the 2025–2026 Academic Year Returners and Summer Applications, along with application guides.

Click Apply for Housing/Login to access the online housing system. Use your iRattler credentials to sign in. From there, you must complete the basic application and submit an advance housing payment*. On your application, you will:

  • Select your housing preferences
  • Identify preferred roommates
  • Provide emergency contact information
  • Digitally sign the Student Housing Agreement
  • Provide Parent/Guardian proxy signature (if under 18)
  • Pay $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment*
*NOTE:
  • Returning residents participating in summer housing sessions are required to make a $100 nonrefundable advance housing payment.
  • New students entering the university during the summer are required to make a $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment in order to complete their housing application.
**If the student has paid the $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment for Fall and completed the Fall application, the summer advance payment will be waived.**
