The Summer Housing Application process opens April 1 – May 31, 2024.

Palmetto Street Phase III Apartments have been selected as the summer option for Sessions “A" and "C”. Spring 2024 students currently living in Palmetto Phase III and attending Sessions “A” or “C” must submit a Summer Housing Option Form form by Friday, April 19, 2024, or you will be required to move out of the facility by 12 P.M., Sunday, May 5, 2024. All other students registered for Session “A” or “C” will move to Palmetto Street Phase III on May 10, 2024. Current students who do not currently reside on-campus, will also need to complete the Summer Housing Option Form.

NOTE: CURRENT Rattler Pointe residents do not need to apply for Summer 2024 Housing as the facility is under 11.5 months housing agreement which included summer.

If you are an Incoming New Student applying for both Summer B 2024 and the 2024-2025 academic year, Pay a $200 nonrefundable advance payment through your iRattler account. AND 2. Complete the Housing Confirmation Agreement and email the signed copy to famuhousing@famu.edu.

All Summer B assignments will be made by June 14, 2024, and students will reside in Polkinghorne Village West.

REMINDER: Students who apply for summer housing will also need to apply for fall-spring housing as well. Please go to Applying For Housing to do so.

NOTE: Newly admitted freshmen and transfer summer 2024 students who have already paid their $200 nonrefundable advance payment and completed a fall 2024 housing application do not have to pay an additional $200 fee.
