The Summer Housing Application process opens March 3 – May 30, 2025.

Palmetto Street South Apartments have been selected as the summer option for Sessions “A" and "C”. Spring 2025 students currently living in Palmetto South and attending Sessions “A” or “C” must submit a Summer Housing Application form by Friday, April 18, 2025, or you will be required to move out of the facility by 12 P.M., Sunday, May 4, 2025. All other students registered for Session “A” or “C” will move to Palmetto Street South on Friday, May 9, 2025.

If you are an Incoming New Student applying for both Summer B 2025 and the 2025-2026 academic year, you will need to submit two separate applications through your Housing Portal. but only one payment is required.

REMINDER: Students who apply for summer housing will also need to apply for fall-spring housing as well. Please go to Applying For Housing to do so.

NOTE: Newly admitted freshmen and transfer summer 2025 students who have already paid their $200 nonrefundable advance payment and completed a fall 2025 housing application do not have to pay an additional $200 fee.
