Palmetto Street South
Located south of the main campus and offering both single and double occupancy, Palmetto Street South Apartments offers the luxury of on-campus housing without the constant hustle and bustle of central campus happenings. Both single and double spaces are offered.

Palmetto Street Phase III
Palmetto Street Phase III Apartments consist of three buildings: Building 162, Building 163 and the Common Building. The facility includes single and double rooms. Each apartment is fully furnished. The Common Building includes the main office, a recreation room which is equipped with a large television, computer lab, laundry facilities, a conference room, and vending machines. Phase III is the southern-most point of campus.

Polkinghorne Village
Named for Florida A & M University's first Tuskegee Airmen and built in 2014, Lt. James R. Polkinghorne Village offers suite style accommodations for over 8oo students. Located on the west side of FAMU's campus, residents enjoy the short distance to popular campus locations including Bragg Memorial Stadium and the Student Services Center which maintains the bookstore and the cafe. One of our most popular options, Polkinghorne Village, where friends become FAMUly.
