If you desire to live on campus, please apply as early as possible. A $200 non-refundable Advance Payment is required to secure your space.
Preparing to Apply
We recommend you gather the following information prior to applying for University Housing:
- Review your admissions packet and have your iRattler credentials prepared to complete the process.
- Know the three housing preferences you would like to choose. Keep in mind preferences are not guarantees. However, we will make every attempt to place you in your desired space.
- Have your preferred roommates full names, student identification numbers and email addresses.
Apply for Housing
Use your iRattler credentials to sign in. From there, you must complete the basic application and submit an advance housing payment*. On your application, you will:
- Select your housing preferences
- Identify preferred roommates
- Provide emergency contact information
- Digitally sign the Student Housing Agreement (Link to Student Housing Agreement 23-24 from dropbox)
- Provide Parent/Guardian proxy signature (if under 18)
- Pay $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment*
Note:
- Returning residents participating in summer housing sessions are required to make a $100 nonrefundable advance housing payment.
- New students entering the university during the summer are required to make a $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment in order to complete their housing application.
