Spring '23 Housing opens Tuesday, Nov 1

Applications will be processed starting on Monday, December 19. Your assignment will be viewable in Housing Portal at that time and an email confirmation will be sent by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20.
The University will close on Wednesday, December 21 at 5pm and will reopen on Tuesday, January 3 at 8 a.m. The residence halls will reopen on Wednesday January 4, at 9 am.
Please be advised that Spring 2023 applications submitted after December 19, will not be processed until after Tuesday, January 3. Please await housing confirmation before arriving on campus to move in. Applications and questions should be submitted to famuhousing@famu.edu.
University Housing has begin accepting Spring '23 Housing Applications on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Applicants will be assigned from December 19-22.
All applicants must submit the advance payment via iRattler and submit a completed application via email at famuhousing@famu.edu. Submissions must be submitted via email; physical applications won’t be accepted at the central office.
Upon submission, you will receive correspondence via email within 24hr-48hr from famuhousing@famu.edu. If you don’t receive correspondence within that time frame, please contact us directly at 850-599-3651.
When assigned, students will receive another email confirming their Spring 2023 assignment. Applications submitted without the $200 advanced payment fee will not be processed.
