Dr. Phylicia G. Taylor serves as an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business
and Industry at Florida A & M University in the Marketing & Management department.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Jackson State University and received
her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida
A & M University. Dr. Taylor is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Small
Business Consultant.
