About Me


Samique March-Dallas, Ph.D., CFA, is an Associate Professor of Finance at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. She also serves as the Director of the Investments & Analytics Finance Lab, the United Faculty of Florida at Florida A&M University Secretary, an Oversight Professor to the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development financial ambassadors, and advisor to three student organizations – Chief Financiers Organization, Omega Xi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and Scholars of Finance. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she also attained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences and a Master of Science in Finance. She has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program from CFA International and is a CFA charter holderDr. March-Dallas has been teaching Finance courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels for over 14 years. Dr. March-Dallas coordinates both the Research Cafe, - faculty research presentation series - and the Finance Lunch and Learn -whereby industry professionals come and speak with students on a very intimate scale about the finance industry. Dr. March-Dallas values advocacy and is also the secretary of the United Faculty of Florida, Florida A&M University Chapter.
