Facility Requests

Florida A&M University departments and recognized student organizations must use their iStrike portals to access the required Online Facility Request Form. 

Non-University persons and organizations must complete the paper facility request form to reserve space on the Florida A&M University Campus.

FAMU Students, Departments and Faculty/Staff must complete the facility request form within the iStrike Portal.
