Four general-purpose answer sheets are available for pencil-and-paper assessments. General-purpose forms and scanning are intended for FAMU instructor-led courses. Scanning and instrument consulting services are provided to faculty, graduate students, and administration.

  • Exam Answer Sheets

  • General purpose forms and scanning are intended for FAMU instructor-led courses. Scanning and instrument consulting services are provided to faculty, graduate students and administration. Four (4) general purpose answer sheets are available for pencil-and-paper assessments:
  • - Five-option, 120-question form
  • - Five-option, 200-question form
  • - Ten-option, 120-question form
  • - Ten-option, 120-question form (no name field)

  • Grading & Item Analysis

  • 101 Student statistics report: Displays student performance. Lists name, ID, correct, incorrect and omit. Default option.
  • 103 Class frequency distribution report: Illustrates the dispersion of students over the grading scale. Shows grades, scores and the frequency of each grade.
  • 104 Test statistics report: Displays overall statistics and each defined learning objective. Includes mean, variance, confidence intervals, test reliability, Kuder-Richardson.
  • 105 Student response report: Displays a matrix of students and responses.
  • 106 Condensed test report: Displays condensed analysis of each question on the test. Email only.
  • 207 Test item statistics report: Displays descriptive statistics for each question, including point biserial, P-value, number of correct and incorrect. ID only upon request.

  • Forms — generic and custom — are available to conduct surveys:

  • - General purpose survey form with five or 10 options and up to 200 questions

  • - Five-option and 10-option forms similar to exam answer sheets

  • Instructors may request PDF reports of item analysis and test report.
  • Scanned data responses to every question available.
  • Data available in 25 file formats.
