Donate to FAMU online or via mail, and then initiate the matching gift process with your company.

If your chosen company utilizes a paper-based form, you must acquire a physical copy, fill out the form, and complete the donor section. Once done, mail the form to:

Once received, ‘The FAMU Foundation’ will handle the remaining steps, completing the Institution section for processing. -
