I am an ecologist with interests in how human activities (pollution, climate change,
land use changes) affect organisms, populations and ecosystems. I've done work on
effects of metals like mercury and radionuclides on everything from microbes to alligators.
My current projects include oyster restoration, aquaculture and water quality, applications
of geospatial tools to ecological questions, and emergent pollutants like microplastics
and PFAS.
