Professor Randall is currently a Visiting Instructor in the Academic Success & Bar
Preparation Department at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of
Law, where she teaches Introduction to Analytical Skills I and II, and provides bar
exam coaching to College of Law graduates and bar examinees. Holding four state bar
licenses herself, Professor Randall has spent more than a decade coaching law students
throughout the country in bar exam essay writing through the Kaplan Bar Review to
help them pass their own state bar exams.
Prior to joining the College of Law, Professor Randall was a Lecturer in the Department
of Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida, serving as Head Coach of the
Moot Court Team as well as the Faculty Advisor to the Legal Honor Society. While at
UCF, Professor Randall also taught courses in Employment Discrimination, Elder Law,
Evidence, Criminal Procedure, Urban Law, Legal Research as well as a Capstone Legal
Writing course. Courses taught at other higher education and law schools include Criminal
Evidence, Trial Advocacy and Employment Law.
Professor Randall's dedication to public service and public education is also evident
in her service as a three-time judicial law clerk to federal judges in the Southern
District of Texas and the Middle District of Florida as well as in her work as a middle
and high school mathematics teacher at Title I schools, where she founded a pre-law
program and engaged students in Teen Court.
Professor Randall has also worked in private practice, specializing in employment
law and commercial litigation.
Professor Randall is a licensed attorney in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and
Ohio, and is also a member of the Federal Bar Association.
