Adrienne Snyder serves as the College’s Chief of Staff. She joined Florida A&M University in December 2003, serving alongside President Emeritus, Dr. Frederick S. Humphries in the Title III program of Science and Engineering Research Policy Institute. She later served as the College’s Coordinator of Administrative Services then as Assistant Director of Administrative Services, managing all human resource functions for the College and providing support with business services. In 2021, she was appointed to serve as the College’s Chief of Staff where she represents the interests and priorities of the Dean through management and integration of the Dean’s initiatives helping to advance long-term goals, leading and managing projects and strategic planning processes and actively providing support in key decision-making.
Her drive to maximize effectiveness through honest unbiased communication with leadership, faculty, staff and students enhances her uncanny ability to solve problems, mediate disputes and deal with issues, avoiding escalation. She is a dedicated professional who is committed to self-actualization and regularly strives to help others achieve their potential.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a master’s degree with graduate academic honors in management and leadership from Webster University. During her collegiate years she was a scholarship athlete on the UCF Track & Field team.
