Dr. Henderson actively participates in community service through the Chi Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the local NAACP. She is a member of the FAMU NAA. In addition, she has several bowling awards as well as a two-time champion in her fantasy football league.
