My home country is France. I grew up in the French Alps where I studied and worked as a teacher of German in middle and high schools. From 1989-90, I spent one year as a teaching assistant in a German high school in a program that still exists today for young people (TAPIF).

As my husband started to work at the Magnet Lab in Tallahassee, I studied again in the US and taught German and French at different places: FAMU, FSU, the German School of Tallahassee, the Alliance Française de Tallahassee, Leon high school, Cornerstone Community school. It’s been quite a discovery!

Every day, I am filled with wonder at the beauty of nature in Florida, from insects to bears, from possums to gray rat snakes to fireflies in the live oaks… I like to hike, walk at the beach and throw clay to relax. And of course, I am watching Lupin online somewhere…
