Prior to joining the Educational Leadership and Counseling Department at Florida A&M University, Dr. Henderson’s professional career was in K-12 public schools where she served in several roles including Interim Superintendent in two school districts, Associate Superintendent in two school districts, Assistant Superintendent in two school districts, Director of Instruction - K-12, and Teacher in three school districts.
