Professor Lutfi joined FAMU in Fall 2002. Prior to joining the faculty, Dr. Lutfi served as the in-house expert on survey and assessment for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. He received the PhD degree from Florida State University. Dr. Lutfi has been a classroom teacher and statistical consultant.
