Dr. Aly has two decades of teaching and administrative experience in Higher Education. Additionally, his instructional responsibilities include teaching Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Sports Management, Sports Management Research, Research, Sports Leadership, Personnel Management, Physical Activities, Health, and well-being. Administrative responsibilities include Graduate Program Coordinator, Graduate Program recruitment, Graduate Program Assessment, and curriculum development. He also holds multiple memberships in professional associations and serves as an Editor, Associate Editor for various journals, and research networking. Dr. Aly has nationally and internationally published and submitted grants in Education, Sports Management, Sports Injuries, Youth Sports, Fundraising, Data, Wellness Management, and Sports Business. Dr. Aly holds multiple memberships in professional associations and serves as an editor and associate editor and a board member for various journals such as the North American Society for Sociology of Sports (NASSS), National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), Commission on Sport Management Accreditation (COSMA), European Scientific Journal (ESJ), Learner Research Network, International Interdisciplinary Journal of Scientific Research, International Journal of Health, Wellness, and Society, Common Ground publishing. Dr. Aly has published nationally and internationally. In addition to Academia related to Sport Management, he has spent time in the industry serving as the head coach of the YMCA, Club, and National and International Swimming teams. He is passionate about all things Sports and aims to continue contributing to the growth and innovation of the ecosystem.
