Fall '22 Application Guide
The Fall '22 Housing Application opens Wednesday, Dec 8, 2021 at 9A. This is the time to secure the living space for the next term.
At this time, all single rooms across campus have been booked. Double occupancy rooms are available in all traditional residence halls and apartments. We thank you for your time and patience. The Office of University Housing will honor all current booked room assignments in Polkinghorne Village East and West for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Below are a few tips and links to help you complete the process.
WHERE DO YOU WANT TO LIVE?
Our community consists of eight on-campus residence halls. Learn more about each one and find out which one works best for you. Living spaces are not one size fits all. You can choose the peace and quiet of a single room, a traditional hall or an apartment with or without roommates.

- Waiting List: We encourage you to apply and select a space before placing your name on the waiting list. We will be placing people in the order according to the list.
PREPARE TO PAY A $200 ADVANCE FEE
In order to select your room, you must first pay a $200 advance non-refundable fee through your iRattler account or by mail. If sent by mail, it must be a money order or cashiers check.
Start the application
The first step for a student that has not paid the $200 advance payment is to log into iRattler. (Login page)
Please note the below link for “Apply Now” is the second step (StarRez Portal) in the online application process if the student has not paid.
Everything is done in our Housing Portal! This is where you will be able book and
view your room assignment, as well as apply for place in one of our Living Learning
