Florida A&M University (FAMU) will host the 7th Annual Tallahassee Regional VEX Robotics Tournament at Al Lawson Jr. Multipurpose Center Saturday, Feb. 4.
The event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will include two competitions
going on simultaneously: the VEX IQ (grades 3-7) and the VEX VRC (grades 8-12). The tournament is sponsored by the FAMU College of Education and the FAMU School of Architecture and Engineering Technology.

More than 40 combined teams from across Florida and South Georgia will compete in Saturday’s event. The winners will go to the State Championships in Tampa. If they win there, they will go to the World Championship.
