For many of you, your initial point of contact with Florida A&M University will be through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.  We are convinced that this initial, first experience with the Univeristy must be as pleasant and worry-free as is humanly possible.  We are sincerely committed to the motto of our great university: Excellence with Caring!
  
You can be certain your application and all supporting documentation will be given careful, prompt and thorough consideration through each step of the admissions process.  Your phone calls, letters and other inquiries to this Office will be handled efficiently and courteously.  We are fully aware of the importance of the admissions process to your entire college experience and we stand ready to meet your needs.

It is the mission of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to ensure that each applicant and application for undergraduate study at Florida A&M University are given an objective and complete evaluation.  Admissions decisions are made neither capriciously nor casually.  Instead, these decisions are made based upon the laws of the State of Florida and data submitted by applicants to include college prep courses, test scores, grades, essays and letters of recommendation.

Please be mindful of the following deadlines for submission of applications and supporting documentation:

             FRESHMEN AND TRANSFERS
             Spring:          (January) November 15th
             Summer:      (May-July) March 15th
             Fall:               (August) May 15th

             COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AND PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES - Fall Transfer Applicants: (August) February 1st

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is located in the Foote-Hilyer Administration Center, Suite G-9.  Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
