ATTENTION RATTLERS!

     The University will be closed for winter break beginning Monday, December 23, 2024, and will reopen on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 8:00 am.  Emails to famuhousing@famu.edu will be monitored on a limited basis and replies sent appropriately.  

     If you are a newly admitted student for Spring 2025 or Fall 2025 and having issues with completing your housing application process, please include a detailed message regarding the issue and a representative will respond appropriately. To gain access to the application, you must first complete the $150 Admissions Deposit and then pay a $200 Nonrefundable Advance Payment through your iRattler account.  Find the term (Spring 2025 or Fall 2025-2026) FAMU Housing Online Application at CLICK HERE TO APPLY! Detailed instructions for completing the housing application can be found at Applying for On-Campus Housing: How-To Video.  

     If you are a returner who currently resides off-campus and you are interested in Spring 2025 housing, to gain access to the application, you must first pay a $200 Nonrefundable Advance Payment through your iRattler account.  Find the term Spring 2025 on FAMU Housing Online Application at CLICK HERE TO APPLY!

NOTE:  All students must be registered for Spring 2025 classes to be assigned to on-campus housing.

     The Office of University Housing re-opens on Monday, January 6, 2025. University Housing is located in Suite 305 of the CASS building at 1735 Wahnish Way and our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.   

The residence halls will open for Spring 2025 on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 9 a.m.
